Leadership, Service and Support for School Boards

►Promote public education and professional school board service with strategic coordination and meaningful collaboration with all stakeholders.

►Conduct continuous assessment of the overall operations of the Association both internally and externally to ensure maximum effectiveness and service to the membership.

►Provide relevant, valid and useful information along with training and routine communication to the membership and public education stakeholders so that LSBA is leading with impact.

►Strive to be accessible and available to the membership to ensure connectivity and that the varied needs of each unique school board are being addressed successfully.

►Engage partners to address critical issues.
